Dead Prize Sweepstakes Drawing Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility
Eligibility is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Current or former employees of FreeN’Fun Bar Bingo are not eligible. Bar owners are not eligible to play BINGO or win entries at their locations. Spouses and significant others of current or former FreeN Fun BarBingo are not eligible to enter. On duty employees of event locations may not play BINGO or win entries while on the clock. The sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to official rules
Participation in the sweepstakes constitute entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. By participating in this sweepstakes, the winner agrees to allow the use of their image in promotion as seen fit by Bar Bingo, Inc. including, but not limited to; print, electronic and social media. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these official rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. Expired FreeN’Fun Bar BINGO certificates that are awarded as regular prizes during any BINGO session can be used in the “Dead Prize Drawing” as entries into the drawing. This includes certificates awarded from BINGO locations themselves and FreeN’Fun Bar BINGO certificates from sponsoring locations. A participant enters the drawing by writing their name and phone number on the back of their expired certificates and deposits their entries into the drum at the drawing location. Participants are not limited to the number of entries submitted to a single drawing event. But, participants are limited to one single prize per person, per event. If a participants name is drawn a second time, that entry will be set aside and no prize will be awarded. The draw will continue until a new winner is drawn. The total number of winners per “Dead Prize Drawing” event is four. Each winner will receive a $50 VISA gift card.

Sweepstakes period
Entries are collected for a period of one month, the drawing occurs the next calendar month. The date, time and location of the drawing will be announced using the FreeN’Fun smartphone app, social media and announced at our live BINGO events, no later than 14 days prior to the drawing. The end of this sweepstakes and final drawing will be announced at least one month prior to the final drawing. Participants must be present to win.

Odds of winning
The exact odds of winning depends on the number of players participating in the drawing and the number of entries they submit. Each expired certificate equals one single entry.

Dequalification

Any attempt to circumvent or manipulate the rules will call for immediate and permanent disqualification for all FreeN Fun BarBingo events. Any entries obtained illegally will not count as winners and another name will be drawn in place.
